Viceroy Hotels and Resorts is a global luxury hotel chain with hotels across North & South America, Europe, Middle East and Asia.
Viceroy Hotels and Resorts recognised a need to deliver training that reflected their luxury brand identity and allowed agents to learn not only about their hotels, but also the local attractions in the surrounding area. Their marketing team was keen to be able to update content with regular company news updates and keep all of their digital marketing assets in a central library.
The first step was to deliver a design that mirrored Viceroy’s own website, with rich imagery and video content. Lessons were then created for each property in the group detailing hotel facilities, plans, suites using high quality photographs to help agents learn the key selling points, and interactive maps to share local points of interest. Constant collaboration between Mogul and Viceroy teams validated choices every step of the way and ensured a smooth and speedy build process.
We then built a bespoke registration page to feed additional information into the Reporting and Analytics Module to enable Viceroy to capture different guest types, such as business or pleasure travellers.
Finally, an Asset Library delivers the centralised repository for all of Viceroy’s brand assets, including brochures and video, and also contains a link to their own photography library. Being able to control and distribute brand assets quickly from a central point means Viceroy’s marketing teams can be sure that agents always have the latest information on hand.
